I’ve done everything from win unwinnable pitches; create new agency processes that people actually follow; hired, trained and promoted countless great people; built and strengthened client relationships by constantly looking for ways to go the extra mile; negotiated fees with recruiters that saved one agency over £50k in a year alone; created one of London’s first gender-neutral creative departments; and even won a few awards along the way.
